Learning is essentially about change. EQALS programs address specified learning outcomes and also build the capacity of each learner to engage and manage 'their' process of change.

Skills for Building New Knowledge and Solutions

Successful learning environments expose learners to a range of new information and challenge. With EQALS programs learners have a chance to develop their information literacy skills. They are challenged to develop their capacity to manage information and build new knowledge and understanding.

Learners are encouraged to seek out new experiences and build a sense of comfort with 'difference'.
